Location 

Country cottage community 'Gorki-8' is situated thirty kilometers from the Kremlin, fifteen kilometers from the Moscow Beltway in a prestigious, picturesque and ecologically safe location in Moskovskaya Region, on an area of ​​5 hectares.

Here, in comfortable and cozy communities along the Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway, in relict forests, surrounded by rivers and lakes with clear water, lives the Russian and capital elite: Ministers, MPs, business leaders, generals, academics, and famous actors. 

The Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway is the most well-maintained and safe highway of the country with strictly regulated driving. The security of this place is provided not only by the police, but also a large contingent of security services. Crime, the bane of suburban localities, is virtually nonexistent in this area. Sanitary and environmental monitoring is par excellence.

Description of the community

This is an exceptionally beautiful place: a broad, bright meadow surrounded by a fragrant pine forest; it is adorned a hill with a thick cap of young birches. On the eastern side, it borders a lake. The Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway runs at an optimum distance of two kilometers – both close, and the noise does not reach the community.

Description of the cottages

Two-story wooden cottages (cylindered lumber) + base (monolith). Windows – wooden double glass panes.
Each house consists of at least 3 rooms + living room and kitchen.
The total floor area of ​​one cottage – from 130 to 250 sq.m. and more.
Total plot area – from 800 to 1,500 sq.m.

Utilities

All utilities: gas, power, water purification, individual boiler in every home, security system.
The bath & shower rooms and kitchens are fully equipped.
The houses are partially furnished and equipped with a sauna, fireplace, pantry, landline telephone, TV, barbecue, and gazebo.
Also each house has a fireplace, sauna, furnished kitchen, television, telephone, fire alarm system, video intercom, landscaped grounds.

Infrastructure

Club complex with a restaurant, sauna, swimming pool, health center, water purification station, parking, and supermarket.
