Pokrovsky-Glebovo Residential Complex

The concept of the Pokrovskoye-Glebovo Residential Complex is based on creating comfortable, secluded, secure housing in a clean place with all conditions for recreation and a healthy lifestyle for people from higher social classes.

A combination of the best features of the urban and suburban housing most fully meets this need. In the historical past, such ideal of elite housing was a manor estate, today – the residential complex of Pokrovskoye-Glebovo with modern utilities and telecommunications. All the buildings located on an area of 10 hectares on the banks of the Khimki Reservoir are finished with high quality expensive materials, marble and decorative painting. The unique character of the place is emphasized by the famous spring 'Swan' with crystal clear drinking water.

The floor area of the residential complex is 65,000 sq.m.

The project developers decided to revive the traditional Russian palace and park ensemble and create an analog of a country manor of the late 18th – early 19th century.

The architects and designers have created a unique ensemble by combining the scope, quality factor, convenience, and the unity of the buildings with nature that was so characteristic of the ancestral nobility manors, with modern engineering and technical facilities.

Such residential complexes have not been built in Moscow before. It has been recognized by architects, realtors and the media as one of the most original creations in Russian architecture of the last decade.

The first phase of construction (the Pokrovskoye-Glebovo estate) is completed.
