Industrial development projects
Since the mid-2000s, the Konti Group has launched several projects in the field of industrial development. The main focus was the development of its own production of building materials. In 2005, an industrial building with a total floor area of 27,000 sq.m. was purchased in Tula. By early 2009, the installation of technological equipment was completed and comprehensive commissioning had been performed.
Today, the development of the following projects is under way:
- JSC 'Keramika': one of the largest industrial enterprises manufacturing building materials in the Central Federal District, located in Tulskaya Region. The company has its own resource base – Lomintsevskoye clay deposit. The company's main products are ordinary bricks.
