Continental Residential Complex

Continental  is one of the projects of the municipal target program New Moscow Ring. The Customer-Investor of the construction is JSC Konti Corporation

Continental  is a complex of multiple-story monolith-brick buildings of 14 – 20 – 24 – 48 floors, the 1^st and 2^nd floors are reserved for non-residential premises: offices, shopping areas, entertainment centers. The underground part of the complex is equipped with a four-level parking area with a car wash and service station. The total floor area of the complex is 150 thousand sq.m. The complex was built using modern, environmentally friendly materials and innovative technologies. The complex has an individual heating unit. The grounds of ​​the complex are landscaped with account of the area, fenced and equipped with video surveillance. Convenient transportation: a 20-minute drive to the city center. 10 minutes by transport to metro stations Polezhaevskaya and Oktyabrskoye Pole.

Some specifications of the Continental buildings:

• Load-bearing triple-layer exterior walls: 300 mm thick monolith, brick, insulation with 150 mm Rockwool rigid mineral wool, ceramic granite.
• Monolithic floor slabs. Floor height of 3.3 m
• ThyssenKrupp freight-passenger elevators with a capacity of 600 kg and 1,000 kg.
• Modern double-pane casement windows made of the finest imported profiles.
• The heating system is made using bimetallic heating appliances with thermostats.
• The house is connected to a modern telecommunications system over a fiber optic line.
• Finishing of public areas: the finishing of the first floor entrance group is made using high quality materials, natural stone (marble, granite).
• Finishing of inter-apartment and elevator lobbies: walls – high quality painting, floors – durable ceramic tile.

The construction of the Continental Residential Complex has been completed. The Commissioning Certificate was received on March 28, 2011.

The apartments have free layout without finishing. Apartment area:

- one bedroom apartments: 75-125 sq.m.
- two bedroom apartments: 119-161 sq.m.

- three bedroom apartments: 165–230 sq.m.
