Nikolsko-Trubetzkoye Residential Complex

The Nikolsko-Trubetzkoye Residential Complex is located in the northeastern part of one of the fastest growing towns near Moscow – Balashikha, 8 km from the Moscow Beltway. The territory of the complex with an area of ​​over 30 hectares is adjacent to the town streets in the south and west, and in the north and east it borders a vast forest. Nikolsko-Trubetzkoye is a major construction enterprise: 26 monolith-brick multiple-story houses of individual design will be built here in the coming years. At present, the first phase of the complex is almost completed – the five buildings will be commissioned in 2013 – early 2014.
