Special financing terms for the Ilyinka Community

13.03.2013

ZENIT Bank announces special loan terms for borrowers purchasing houses in the lanehouse community of Ilyinka. For them, the mortgage rate will be only 11% per annum in rubles.
Ilyinka, the first Russian lanehouse community, is located in an 'alley' between the two main thoroughfares of the West Moscow suburbs – Rublevka and New Riga – on the quiet Ilyinskoye highway, 11 km away from the Moscow Beltway near the village of Ilinskoye. The developer of the project is the Konti Group.
The minimum mortgage loan that ZENIT Bank offers for the purchase of properties in this community is 540 thousand rubles. The maximum is 30 million rubles. The loan term is from 1 year to 30 years. The down payment is not less than 20% of the cost of the purchased property. No fees are charged for origination, service, and early repayment of the loan. There is no moratorium on early repayment. At this, the Bank is ready to consider various options for income verification of the borrower, including income from business activities, as well as take account of the income of close relatives to increase loan limits.
"Thanks to the special offer of ZENIT Bank, borrowers can save on mortgage servicing. For example, with a loan term of 30 years, the interest rate under a conventional mortgage program for the purchase of new buildings is 15-16% per annum. While buyers of houses in the prestigious lanehouse community of Ilyinka can draw a loan at 4-5 percentage points less – just under 11% per annum," – said Deputy Chairman of ZENIT Bank Alexei Rozorenov.

More information about the loan terms is available on the Bank's website: http://www.zenit.ru/rus/retail/catalog/ipotek_credit/realty_bank/lanehouse_ilyinka/index.wbp
