Technical Customer

LLC 'Konti-Grad' is the licensed Technical Customer of the Konti Group.

Konti-Grad as a division of the Konti Group began performing Customer functions in early 1992, while implementing an investment project on the area of ​​150 hectares in the Fili-Davydkovo District.

In 1994, Konti-Grad acted as the General Customer of the municipal district Fili-Davydkovo of the Western Administrative District of Moscow performing a redevelopment program.

In 2006, the Konti Group decided to detach the Konti-Grad division into an independent organization – LLC Konti-Grad.

To our credit, we participated in the comprehensive development of the Pokrovskoye-Glebovo territory located in a picturesque area of ​​old Moscow. The unique residential complex was created combining architectural solutions in the style of an 18^th-19^th century country manor and modern engineering designs ensuring the highest level of comfort for its residents. The first phase of the project was commissioned in 2006. And just two years later, in 2008, the second stage of the project – deluxe residential complex 'Pokrovsky Bereg' – was completed.

Within the framework of the high-rise construction program 'New Moscow Ring', Konti-Grad is currently performing the functions of the Customer for the construction of the multi-functional residential complex 'Continental' in Marshal Zhukov Ave., pl. 72-74 with a total floor area of ​​160,000 sq.m.
The operations of LLC Konti-Grad are not limited to the boundaries of Moscow: in 2002-2003 we carried out the cottage development of a land plot with a total area of ​​43 hectares near​ Gorki-8, Odintsovskiy District, Moskovskaya Region. 2008-2010, a low-rise development project was implemented on a land plot of 100 hectares along the Novorizhskoye highway with a total floor area of ​​350,000 sq.m. LLC Konti-Grad also performed the functions of the Customer in the following cities: St. Petersburg, Kaluga, Tula, Tambov, Kursk, and other cities of the Central Federal District, as well as in the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Adygea, and Republic of Abkhazia.

In its activities, Konti-Grad is governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, Regulations on Capital Construction Contracts and other regulatory acts.

We provide the following services:

- preparation and publication in authorized media outlets of the state authorities of the Russian Federation of administrative documents for the design and construction of facilities;
- registration of initial permits required for the implementation of investment projects;
- receipt of technical conditions for connections to utility networks and communications;
- selection of the General Designer on a competitive basis, organization and supervision of design activities, including work on the design of internal and external utilities;
- receipt of resolutions of state expert examination of the project, receipt of construction permits;
- selection of the General Contractor on a competitive basis; organization of the construction process and the full range of activities for quality control of construction works, including technical and architectural supervision;
- organization of project commissioning, receipt commissioning permits;
- registration of title rights to commissioned properties, conclusion of long-term lease agreements for the management of the constructed facilities;
