The Ilyinka community received Sberbank accreditation

Within the framework of partnership relations, the Konti Group and the Moscow Bank of Sberbank of Russia signed an agreement on accreditation of the lanehouse community of Ilyinka. Sberbank's mortgage programs have several advantages. To begin with, it provides one of the most attractive rates in the mortgage market, absence of loan commissions, special credit facilities for customers receiving wages to accounts with Sberbank, favorable terms for young families.
Sberbank's updated business strategy is characterized by a customized approach to financing in the VIP segment. The status of an important customer allows us to consider the issue of fast-track reduction of the interest rate on loans. The most important criteria of this status are: either the amount of funds deposited in the bank is at least 8 million rubles, or the income level is at least 500 thousand rubles per month, or the person enjoys a celebrity status. The Marketing Director of the Konti Group Yuriy Sinyaev notes that the use of Sberbank's mortgaging mechanisms stepped up customer demand for lanehouses in the Ilyinka community by 15%. This is due to several key factors: uniqueness of Ilyinka's conceptual and engineering solutions for its segment, its location, as well as the confidence of all social groups in the Sberbank of Russia, rightly considered a people's bank. Ilyinka is a conceptually new lanehouse community situated on a plot of 11.5 hectares along the Ilyinskoye highway 11 kilometers from the capital. Due to a harmonious combination of different styles, the project's architectural solution is aimed at recreating the atmosphere of a European town. The lanehouse concept allowed combining all the advantages of a city apartment with the comfort of living in a country cottage. Each of the 162 lanehouses has individual communications, which is not only one of the significant advantages of the new type of suburban housing, but also optimizes the owner's operating costs making them comparable to the costs of a prestigious apartment in the city. The lanehouses are located on small plots of land ranging from 2 to 7 hundred square meters, which also reduces the owner's costs both at the stage of purchase and operation. The project offers six home options ranging from 344 sq.m. up to 465 sq.m. designed in European style with genuine solutions from Old England, Western Europe and the Baltic states, which distinguishes Ilyinka among other communities designed in the style of classical architecture. Ilyinka provides the entire necessary infrastructure for living. The administrative building – the high-rise dominant of the community and the center of public business life – will house a restaurant, shop, beauty salon, dry cleaning, laundry, children's club and a bank branch.
