Diversified Group of Companies "Konti"

The Konti Group consists of the following divisions:

• LLC 'Konti Group of Companies' – the Management Company – performs operational management of the subsidiaries and entities. It is responsible developing and implementing strategies and investment projects of the Konti Group in the field of development and construction.

• JSC 'KontiVysotStroy' – the General Contractor – performs construction and installation work at the construction sites.

• LLC 'Konti-Grad' – the Technical Customer – performs a full range of measures aimed at ensuring the implementation of a construction project from the pre-design and design stage to the commissioning of the facility with the issuance of all the required documentation.

• LLC 'Vysotproekt' – the General Designer – develops architectural concepts and performs integrated design work.

• LLC 'Design Bureau' provides a full range of architectural services from budget interior decorations to unique deluxe interior solutions.

• LLC 'Continental Service' – the operational management company – provides quality service and technical maintenance of real estate properties.

• LLC 'Keramika' – a construction materials plant: large ceramic blocks, tiles, roofing tiles of various ingredient types.

• JSC 'Semiconductor Silicon Plant' – an industrial facility manufacturing mono-and multi-crystalline silicon.

In 2004, the Konti Group was successfully certified to international quality management standard ISO 9001:2000. The certification was conducted by independent classification society Det Norske Veritas (DNV)
